Your orders are processed and invoiced by Ozone Entertainment Ltd., BULSTAT 200832020 within the first working day after their submission and are handed over for sending by courier to Ozone Entertainment Ltd. or courier company Speedy AD. Delivery time of the courier shipment to the address indicated by you - 1 to 3 working days.

It does everything possible for the quality and timely execution of your requests, but we are not able to guarantee the availability of each title at any time.

You will be explicitly notified of currently unavailable titles or a delivery problem, and you will be offered a deadline and options for delivery.

Pay attention to the preferential delivery fee *:

● for orders up to BGN 500 - delivery fee BGN 5 with VAT
● for orders from BGN 501 to BGN 1000 - delivery fee BGN 10 with VAT
● for orders over BGN 1,000 - delivery fee BGN 15 with VAT

* The publishing house reserves the right to change the fee according to the changes in the prices of courier services. Delivery fee is charged to each order regardless of the method of delivery.

Deliveries abroad are made through Bulgarian Posts EAD and are paid by the customer. For the prices of the deliveries, you can find out here: http://www.bgpost.bg/ The orders are sent after receiving the payment from the client.
